Q. How long does it take the Skin lightening to fade out dark pigmentation marks?
Nur76 Skin Lightening normally (average) takes between 7 to up to 90 days to notice gradual changes, depending on your skin type. The product gently and gradually fades out dark pigmentation marks. On average people usually start to notice a difference between 4-6 weeks. Results are seen at different times depending on how stubborn marks are and also how quickly your skin will react to the cream. Once you achieve the desired result with using the Nur76 skin lightening, you can stop using Nur76 skin lightening, however you must use a good sun block to protect the skin from sun damage which causes pigmentation and other skin damages. We recommend you use a good sun block with titanium oxide. The skin lightening will reduce dark pigmentation however the pigmentation can re-appear if protection such as sun block is not used. You can use Nur76 protection contains SPF 30 Plus skin lightening extracts to stop against any further damages to skin due to sun exposure. Q. Is it permanent or will result last forever?
Results may not last forever, as we age, our skins’ tone and at times complexion changes. But our products help people lighten and even out the skin tones. Q. How long does the Advanced 3 in 1 last?
You only need to apply a very small amount on the area you want to lighten. On average the Advanced 3 in 1 last up to 3 months if applied directly on the affected area. However if you are applying all over your face & neck area, then on average it last up to 6-8 weeks.
Q. Difference between Advanced and Original?
The Advanced Skin Lightening is 50% stronger in lightening extract than of the Original Serum & Cream, so results are likely to be noticed faster. The consistency of the Advanced Serum is a clear transparent gel where as the Original Serum is a yellow fluid. Q. Are there any long term effects on skin using Nur76 Skin Lightening?
A. There are no known long term effects as the ingredients are all from plant extract, they work naturally with the skin.
Q. As the pigment of my skin will be lighter, is there a greater risk of facial skin cancer? I know you advise using a high SPF cream, but is that all the time or just in the summer, and what SPF cream would you recommend post treatment - SPF50?
A. Our products do not stop the production of melanin so there is no evidence for skin cancer. Moreover using higher SPF creams is advised mostly during summers you can certainly also apply at all time to prevent skin damage.
Q. What would you recommend for my face, it is very dark?
A. I would recommend the Nur76 Skin Lightening ADVANCED 3-in-1 for the face, you should apply the serum first, then the cream and if you are going out also apply the protector. Do this twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening before going to bed.
Q. Can your skin colour become completely white like some celebrities like Michael Jackson?
A. No -because the Nur76 Skin Lightening controls the level of melanin production not eliminate melanin production. The ingredients helps lighten the skin by inhibiting the production of melanin which causes darker skin colour & age spots. What’s the difference between Physical and Chemical sunblock?
Physical sunblock forms a coating on your skin that either reflects or scatters the sun’s harmful UV rays and prevents them from reaching your skin. It protects your skin against both the UVA (aging rays) and UVB rays (burning rays) and is hypoallergenic, which means there is very little risk of irritation even to those with sensitive skin. Chemical sunblock on the other hand contains ingredients that absorb the UV rays before it gets to your skin. Most chemical sunblock on the market do not offer protection against UVA rays. Q. How old do you need to be to start using Nur76 skin lightening?
A. We recommend above age 16. People age at different rates usually people show the first signs of aging after the age of 24. Dark marks/spot and other skin problems due to ageing and other factors start to appear on the skin surface. Skin especially under the age of 16 is usually youthful and vibrant because it is still developing and not in the process of ageing yet!
Q. Can you use the Advanced 3 in 1 for dark circles?
You can use the Advanced Skin Lightening 3 in 1 around the eye area, use very lightly and tap clockwise around the eye area where you want to lighten. Only apply the advanced serum, this will be sufficient to use around the eye area only.
Q. I have dark circles under my eyes will the skin lightening serum for face do the same job as the "Fade out under eye dark circles?
A. The skin lightening for face is ideal to use on the face, you can use the skin Advanced skin lightening serum for under eye to get the same effect however we advise not to if your skin is very sensitive, so the skin around the eye area will be even more sensitive to the skin on your face, for this reason we formulated a gel which will work well around the eyes without any irritation and overall give you the result you are looking for.
Not all skin is created equal. For example, the skin of the soles is thick and hard, the skin of the scalp has embedded hair follicles, and the skin of the nose and cheeks tends to have particularly active sebaceous glands. The skin around the eye has its own special traits:

Q. I have dark circle around my eyes which look deep and hollow will the "Fade out under eye circle" help?

A. If you are based in Africa -Yes it should help you in Africa as well. Although the fact that you will be exposed to sun more often means that the benefits may take a bit longer and also the benefits might not be as good as seen in Afro-Caribbean population in the UK.

Q. If I continue to use the cream post 90 day’s treatment, will it make my skin even lighter?
A. Yes it normally does continue to lighten the skin.

Will NOT work or NOT SUITABLE!
Q. I have birth mark will it work on this mark?
A. If you have birth marks- unfortunately it will not work to lighten the birth mark as it is not a pigmentation problem. However it will lighten the skin around the mark. Birth marks are genetic heredity and will not work with creams.
Q. Please advice, I have vitiligo will this product help?
A. I am sorry to hear that you suffer from vitiligo. I am afraid there have been no reports from people benefiting from our products who have vitiligo. However the Nur76 ADVANCED 3-IN-1 will lighten the skin around the vitiligo areas.
Q. I want lighten my nipple area will this help?
A. The nipple area is normally darker than the rest the body and is genetically this way with people. If the nipple area is caused to darken much worse due to exposure of the sun, then the skin lightening body lotion may possibly help, however we have not had any feedback on this part yet. If the area has always been darker since you can remember then there is very little things you can do. It is best to seek advice from GP or cosmetic surgeons if you are very worried. Please don't worry as this is completely normal to be darker than the rest of the body.
Q. Can you use on Babies or children?

It is like any other cream. You can apply and it will not cause any harm. However like any other cream babies must not be consumed (swallowed/digested). It is not recommended to apply on breast if you are breast feeding.
You can apply during pregnancy, but we recommend to apply after pregnancy as the body is going through a lot of changes that can have an effect of the results of the lightening products.
